Sumptuous batiks in shade of purple, lavender, emerald green, sea green, and blacks are featured in our Mystic Vineyard quilt designed for a beautiful new 9-month Block-of-the-month program. Purple clusters contrast against the greens like a vineyard ready for harvest to create a quilt bursting with flavor. 

At 97" x 106", the Mystic Vineyard quilt is a generous queen quilt that allows for a 18''-19" drop on the sides of the bed. The quilt center is made up of 10" square-set blocks with a row of 5" custom blocks inserted at top/bottom for an attractive rectangular layout. Then it's bordered with 9" square-set blocks to create a beautiful "floating" border. Since there are no templates used and stitch/flip construction is used wherever possible, we think this project will appeal to a confident beginner and certainly anyone with moderate skills will have fun with it.
